Every time I drive through here, the customer service is always very nice. The food is more fresh here than most of the Burger King stores I've been too.
Ordered at the drive thru. My sandwich, a Bacon Crispy Chicken, actually resembled the menu photo. First time ordering it and it was actually very good. Had the combo with French fries (they could have been hotter but didn't taste old at least)
I got lunch from the Gahanna location today. I ordered the new barbecue chicken sandwich and got a basic chicken sandwich even after confirming my order over the speaker. It was abnormally salty and could not finish it. I ordered onion rings and got French fries. The French fries were somehow cold and stale at 11:15 A.M. this is the first time I ever had a issue with this location. For over $20.00 I expected better.
