Order food yesterday. Car ahead must have big order. Instead of pulling that car up to wait I waited at least 10min had to go inside as I observed scrambling to get order prepared for the big order. Teach employees how to manager when to pull cars and get small orders ahead. The restaurant was not that busy. I would hate to if it would have been slammed !
Like the new layout. It's been updated with a modern-esque decor. The interior design is pleasant enough. The food however was alittle lacking with soggy chicken fries and outdated buffalo sauce. Otherwise well placed once construction is completed.
Order #42 - 6:08p. Ordered Whopper meal and Kids meal. No one in front of us inside. 29 minutes to receive order. Whopper was incorrect, no fries included in meal, and one of chicken nuggets was not cooked thoroughly. This is unfortunately the 3rd time this has happened. You have lost customers of this generation and next.
