Burger King

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Asked for them to be fresh and was told all their food is fresh. Not always the case hence why I requested that my food be fresh. Felt the response was unwarranted and rude. Gave them cash to pay for the food and they didn’t give me my change at the window. Instead asked for me to pull up and they said they’ll bring out the change. They didn’t and I had to ask the worker who brought out my food. The sandwiches were good as they were made per my request. Simple yes, absolutely would have been sufficient. Instead , just a rude response and didn’t even confirm that’ll they’d make it as I asked.

No dine in so you will have to wait in the drive through when they screw your order up. Since dining rooms have closed I have notice a significant drop in the care and quality at a lot of places and here is another example. I’m tired of waiting in line twice to get it right so I stopped going here months ago

How are people that are picking up delivies suppose to get their food when the dining room is never open and the workers don't know what they are doing? I was told by a manager to pull up and it would be 50 seconds and it would be out just to wait longer than 5 mins. DONT LIE PEOPLES! If it's going to be 5 mins just say that so we can have the option to leave or not. All these restaurants lie but Burger King is the worst. I won't go back to this one.
