Burger King

We ordered on the app and it was a large order so it wasn't a surprise they forgot something. When he went inside, i was on the phone, some lady swear up and down as if she made the sandwiches. He said she said it was a white bag but we didn't get a white bag. They probably gave it to someone else. They did make them over. All the food was cold and nasty. They were not busy either. I've visited here before and it was fine. Also he orderd the Italian chicken sandwich, which is new, and the breaded skin was falling off and they put no cheese on it. Literally hate fast food but I'm not well and he had to go to work. This was the worst and it's not even worth calling because seems to be incompetent ppl working ATM.

Employees are more focused on not working than assisting and working together towards customer sevice Likely a failure of management whom likely doesn't care either. Employees attitudes are a reflection of their management
