Placed an online order and when I arrived I was told they were out of several things. I know that is not their fault but maybe the app could indicate if they don't have an item. Or even a way to communicate with the customer. In the end I feel I paid for items I never got.

I don't write many reviews, but this experience was awful. First they ran out of large cups, ok fine I get it. The sprite they gave me was carbonated water and I had to remind them about the second drink. Fries were COLD, as if they were microwaved from frozen. Chicken fries were soggy and they charged me for the ranch they are supposed to come with. Not at all satisfied. To top it off the burger was extremely burnt. Meaning... literally every item they gave me was bad in some way. I don't know anybody that reads fast food reviews but if you are, avoid this place and spend your money wisely elsewhere.
