Can't even make anything right even after three times of trying to make just a plain burger with bacon. rude staff just kept rolling eyes and not caring. Poor management ????. Not at all sanitary, they do not wear gloves when handling food and after telling u they will completely remake your order they didn't and gave you the same stuff back. Would not even attempt. Don't bother asking to get help because they are to incompetent to help anyone including themselves. I haven't been there in over 4 months and this is the first time I've been back and it was horrible. I would never recommend this location. ???? it needs to be taken down.
Terrible. Used the app to order a deal of 2 small fries and 2 whopper jrs to go. Got to my destination to discover only one whopper in the bag. Returned to the store in the middle of the day to find the lobby locked. Pulled up to the drive through and explained the situation. Was told I had to present a receipt and the bag. Pulled to the window and presented the bag with an uneaten small fry and the trash from the rest. I showed the receipt from my mobile order. The lady’s response was “f$&# this!” And made no attempt to remedy the oversight. Some in business would still say the customer is always right. In this case the customer was clearly right. Foul language and a 20/20 style investigation is not warranted when a simple “we’re sorry” would go a long way.
Super polite. Very efficient. They made sure I had everything I asked for. And considering how other fast food places treat the customer at night every time I go here no matter what time they always are pretty great.
