Burger King

Went in ordered our food. Gave us everything on a whopper we ordered plain. We waited for our milkshake and it never came out. We went up to ask about it and they made one on the spot. It was pure liquid. The lady handed it to me as room temp pure liquid, it looked like milk. She shouldn't have gave that out. Very disappointed. I'll be going to McDonald's next time.

I usually never review anymore, but I needed to for this horrible establishment. It should had stayed permanently CLOSED. It was better off closed. The reopening of Burger King in Crown Point is no different. Still employed with punk teenagers and ran by horrible management. They have the worse establishment. I would rather drive to another city to get Burger King then to come to Crown Points nasty Burger King. More like Kurger Bing.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. When I ordered I wound up waiting over 20 minutes. After arriving home and handing out the food, my mom took a bite of her Whopper and immediately spit it back out. It was completely raw. I reached out, expecting a resolution. The GM Denise sent an email, requesting I call her at the location and when I did, not even 10 minutes after receiving the email, I was informed she wasn't even at the store. I've tried multiple times to reach back out but I've only received silence in return. I'm extremely displeased and I will never set foot near there again.
