I Placed an order for delivery, and sat around for over an hour while the app told me that Hannah B. was going to deliver my order and then it switched to Alex H. Who during this whole time never once reached out or anything. But at about 11:50pm all of a sudden the app says that my order has been cancelled and to call the store for more info- Which naturally I definitely tried to do because this is my dinner and it’s the only meal I would’ve been able to eat all day…. To no surprise I couldn’t even get through. The phone simply says that it’s busy, so I tried again at 11:55pm…… same thing…… I have never in all of my 26 years of being alive and eating fast food, and even the last time that I’ve worked in Customer Service… I have never ever had to deal with some thing so disgusting and just downright disappointing And even more so disrespectful, not only of my time but of my families time as well, because now as it approaches midnight, none of us have eaten dinner. Thanks BK. Worst. Se

The woman with Blonde hair and a pony tail was very rude. Was talking badly about me as I was walking out the door to another worker. I would if gone back in to give her some lessons on how to treat people but my daughter was with me so I just walked out and told my daughter that acting like that in NOT appropriate for anyone! Avoid this location at all costs. Rude employees!!

this place is a joke, drive thru closed at 7:05am sunday, workers including manager say they have no clue when they open. been to thousands of restaurants, never seen such flakes. 3rd time been here they have no set open times. probably should shut it down for good.
