Horrible customer service. Not a good experience or attitude from the so called manager. We ordered our food and was only able to add 1 package of ranch with chicken nuggets. At time of getting food I asked for 1 additional package of ranch. The so called manager said we has to pay so I asked if he could charge me one. Said no and to use the ordering screen. Made an attempt to order just ranch and the screen does not five u an option to order ranch. Asked him again how to do it. His response..I DONT KNOW. I asked him again if he could charge me one and said no because he did not have a cashier. Then I asked if he can give us 1 package of ranch and he said...I AM NOT GIVING YOU A RANCH AS I DONT WANT TO LOOSE MY JOB BY GIVING YOU ONE PACKAGE.. Common really why would you treat a customer like that. That is so disrespectful and looks even worse when it's a Manager. He needs to go back and get some training on customer service.

If there were minus points then this place would have -5. Rude staff, no refund policy even when they don't have the food available but machine allowed you to order it. Staff then lie about telling people in the line. No one there heard her say things were not available. When asked why yhey didn't have something in stock but we were allowed to otder it, staff go off on a rant and then refuse to talk to you! Grrat customer service. BK have sub standard food most times but will never being visiting any BK after this event.

Whether you're coming or going, don't forget to stop and grab a whopper! This place is busy and yet they made a the burger perfect.
