Burger King

Fast Food Breakfast - was fresh and hot, 1st time in awhile that the croissant was not flattened and damp from sitting too long. Staff was friendly, even tho short by 1 worker who finally showed up. (Mostly Drive-Thru business.) But i walk to BK on Union Rd near Genesee St (next to 7-11). They still have the 2 for $4 and $5 choices on the Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches. Want to try the new Cheesy Melts, just didn't want to ask today bc the counter person was doing the cooking, the Drive-Thru, and counter as Manager was filling the cooler from the delivery truck. I even accidentally left my food and sent my friend back to retrieve it. It had been repacked in double paper bags to keep it hot. Even after walking back home, it was was still perfectly heated. Fast Food satisfaction today!!!

Terrible. There were only six cars ahead of me and I was in the Drive-Thru for a half an hour for two hamburgers and mozzarella sticks. Our house was under construction so my husband said I'll go to Burger King for us. He comes back and there's items missing. Calls the store, speaks to the manager who asks him if he wants to pick it up another day. No, we want it today or we would have ordered it another day. I go back and asked for him by name. Austin grabs it, slips it into a bag and slides it across the counter. Never turned around. Never looked at me. Not even a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience ". Nothing !!! Worst customer service. I was a restaurant manager for 20 years and this was a slap in the face. Time to retrain.
