Burger King

I've been to this location a couple of times and each time has taken way to long for a FAST food restaurant to give out people's orders. I'm talking about a range from 15-45 min and you would think, taking that much time to make orders you would have been given your order correctly but unfortunately that's not the case, my order was always incorrct or missing items. I feel that I've given this location many opportunities to prove me wrong but at least they are consistent with messing up orders and taking way to long to deliver the food to the customers. That was my experience with the drive thru, dine in, and mobile app. Now, with the mobile app you would think that once you place your order, they would make the order in a timely manner but no. I would make an order using the app and once I arrive the order was not made or prepped from what it seems. I would highly recommend going to a different location then this one.

I know I came here for fast food, but I expect the food to be prepared and served properly. I ordered a Whopper and my burger looks like it was made on the floor. Why is it so hard for people to do their job correctly. It's now three months later, and I order two cheese burgers. The patties are hard, cold and dry. They have no cheese especially knowing they're supposed to be cheeseburgers. What the hell are you doing Burger King!!?? Why can't you care about your customers!!!! This is the job you choose to do!!! If you can't follow simple orders, why are you preparing our food!!!!

I should have come here and read the reviews first! The worst Burger King I have ever been to! Went through the drive-thru got complete wrong order. Went back through the drive-thru got the correct food and it is literally cold! A cold burger! Not only was the food terrible but the woman could not have been more surly. I was polite both times and never got you're welcome when I said Thank you. If you hate your job that much, go do absolutely anything else.
