Well my husband's order was made wrong and the Mgr would not remake and actually threatened to shoot,then wouldn't give a refund. Had to call the police to the store and file a report. What a shame! Stay away from store number 12003 in Birmingham, Al.
The service is awful. The staff always has an attitude. Very nasty service. I don't spend my hard earned money in places that don't at least try to give decent service. I won't be visiting again. Briana (worked at the drive-thru window) had the nastiest attitude I've had tge displeasure of dealing with
I always order a Rodeo King combo. The 5 Points West location always gets it wrong. They need more training on how to make sandwiches.
