Burger King

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I don't know how this place considers themselves, "fast food" when it's the slowest service I've ever experienced. They take one order at the speaker and don't take another until that previous order has left the window. The staff is also very rude. Don't go to this Burger King unless you want to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes in the line.

Bun was soggy and falling apart because of it, toppings (lettuce, etc.) did not seem fresh, and the mobile order was not ready on time (we actually arrived about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done and it still wasn't ready). Associate had to put everything together on the spot, opening the wrappers off the burgers that were sitting there to see which was which. Took almost 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the counter, and the associate was not very friendly. This is the second time I've received a burger from this location that was soggy and disgusting, and last time we were forced to wait an entire hour in the drive through to pick up a mobile order. Won't come here again.

Since the one Manager left (3-4 years ago ) the place has gone severely downhill. Indoor dining rarely open, place is filthy. You average 20-30 minutes in the drive thru ( 4-6 vehicles) as it’s the only option. PLEASE management, if your dining room is never going to be open please put a sign on the door. How many people every single day get out of their cars walk to the door and it’s locked.
