This location is HORRIBLE!! The drive thru lines remain long and alow most days. The staff doesn't get the orders correct. Had to return a burger twice in same day. Inside was closed, so had to go back to drive-thru and wait 15 mins, only to get a staff member who thought I was going to pay for the replacement burger. Just aweful.
Bad food and bad customer service. They ALWAYS mess up my order and the food is NEVER fresh. It is such a shame because I love Burger King. This place always has something wrong with it. Also, the people at the back do not wear their gloves nor masks.
They took wayyy too long for no reason and I was waiting for my food for like 20min and when I went to ask them about all they said we too busy like what a joke worst experience I had in a fast food fr ????♂️
