This Burger King in Menands, New York always does an excellent job with their food, their staff is always pleasant, they will provide as many condiments as you like with no charge, and the food is always fresh and hot!
I was here Saturday 10/8/22 around 5:40pm went thru the drive thru. Was in the drive thru for around 45 mins. The gentleman that was working the drive thru was nice and polite. However my issue was with the the girls that were behind the counter giggling and laughing taking photos and NOT DOING A DAM THING. 45 mins ALL THEY WERE DOING WAS LAUGHING GIGGLING WHILE THE GUY WAS RUNNING AROUND GETTING THE ORDERS TOGETHER. I will be calling the store Monday and calling the corporate office as well. THE GENTLEMEN DESIRVES A RAISE.
