Burger Board

Only reason is gets a 3 is due to the food. 5 stars for the people working there. The food is terrible. Burgers are gross and the tenders and fries taste like the oil hadn't been changed in a month. We threw out the tenders we brought home along with the fries. Can't be this bad with the brewery being next door and 100X better quality.

This was an awful experience. One burger and one chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings, and two drinks came to $57 with tip. We waited almost an hour for our food to show up. We didn’t get our onion rings. My chicken sandwich was so over cooked it was inedible. The bacon was so hard and balled up I couldn’t even chew it. The cow a bunga burger was basic and burned. We each had one bite and left hungry and out $57.

Went with my wife for a quick meal out and about, outdoors, away from people, of course, and wound up at Burger Board on a whim after searching for "Burger place near my location." Located about equidistant between highway 1 and the ocean, it's easy to find and has a nice "local joint" feel to it. The food is decently priced and was well worth it. Good buns. Good meat. Well cooked. They even got the fried egg right on my burger. Though word of caution, if you get the chili burger as a lettuce wrap, be careful you don't wear it. We didn't try any of the drinks, but the fries were good. Outdoor seating is a couple of tables in front of the store, and a few more in a roped off area of the parking lot. Being Pacifica, it can get cold, damp, and windy, so check the weather and dress appropriately.
