Very impressive! It was a bit odd to offer oysters on the half shell in a burger place, but I for one was super excited. I started with a half order and wow very freah. I had the Original Cheese Burger perfectly cooked pink the pickles and bacon added a very nice crisp texture. I would absolutely order this burger again. It was served with fresh greens perfectly dressed with a fresh herb vinegaret. Note to owner: Jeyna is a jem of a server. Suggested the original after I asked about the sauce. Said it was similar to big mac sauce but better. She was correct. Her service was greatly appreciated attentive, yet not hovering.
I would give this place a three for their food, but a five for their beer. The food honestly tasted a little bland - I mean they were decent burgers, but they just tasted very dull (we got one beef and one lamb) even with their creative toppings (blueberries, goat cheese). The fries were tasty but mostly hype, and the size of the sauces they give you is tiny, like barely over a Tbsp. The beer however was delicious. We got Downeast original cider and delivers backbone lager and loved them! We were able to try samples first. Our waiter was polite and mostly attentive. I would probably only go back for a drink.
Awesome burgers, great flavor done just right. Will definitely be returning just to try some more.
