Bought one of their main salads with the chicken as well as a 9-in beef when I got home noticed that they didn't put no dressing in for the salad and they gave me butter but no bread the beef was very tasty even had a little extra juice on the side. When I called and talked to someone over there who was there when I ordered could be the manager he said he would be sending me an email within a day it's been over two weeks still haven't seen anything so don't expect to get anything..

Buona at Harwwod Hts has terrible customer service. I am close to work and sometimes for lunch, I order something, drive thru. There is always a problem with the order. Today I decided to write to warn my customers against errors and the lack of serviceability. I ordered beef 10 "with extra beef, Mild, Mozz, extra beef and pepper and I got 7". When I opened the sandwich, I found a sausage hidden under a small amount of beef. Of course, I didn't notice the peppers I ordered as a side dish. This is not the first time you order and you will get a completely different order. Please do not order and if so, check after receipt if it is what you have paid for.
