Buffalo Wild Wings

This establishment shouldn’t even qualify as a restaurant. I had the worst dining experience of my LIFE here. They never even brought out my food after waiting for TWO HOURS. They never apologized, never came to check on us, they actively avoided our table while we were missing entire orders (we only had a group of 3). Our waiter said the manager named “Mark” is at fault for this. I not only will never go to this location again, but I will never go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. Just a horrible experience that should never happen. Hey BWW, here’s a wild idea - if you are understaffed, close off sections. Or even put a note on the door warning people that they may never receive their orders after waiting hours. Please save yourself the headache and annoyance and go elsewhere to eat or watch football, literally anywhere else.
