Buffalo Wild Wings

I am currently sitting in the lobby waiting for a takeout order that is 60 minutes late and counting. The front of house workers are doing the best they can, but the manager is a different story. Please note that this is not a Karen moment. I DID NOT ask to talk to a manager. I understand that they are busy. I just wanted her to give me a progress check on the order because it had been 30 minutes since one of the workers up front told me it would be “5–10 more minutes”. She was extra condescending and instead of just checking on the food after I pointed out it was already 40 minutes late, she wasted time blaming the incorrectly quoted wait time on the national website (we were told 20 minutes). I know this isn’t an easy job (I bartended my way through college), but I can do without the attitude. The manager should consider spending more time helping/expediting orders, and less time making irrelevant excuses. I don’t care why I’m waiting. I care that I’ve been sitting in the lobby for

I ordered a salad. It was awful. Most the lettuce was brown. The grilled chicken was dry and hard to even cut. I spent $14 dollars! I would've gotten a better salad at Wendy's and at a cheaper price. This w as at the Westerville location today.????
