Buffalo Wild Wings

My first time here and this place was horrible. Anything above a 1 star review is generous. The service was terrible. The place was dirty. No rhyme or reason for how plates came to the table. Multiple plates never even made it out. The plates that did make it out weren’t ordered. And with the food that did come, it was trash. We couldn’t eat it. Only good thing about this establishment is that the TV’s still work.

Order every Tuesday, order always great BUT two weeks ago didn’t get what I ordered (traditional wings with hot buffalo sauce ) they gave me original seasoning.. called and was able to get a credit; this week we placed an order again and I stated to please make sure I got original hot buffalo sauce as my order was incorrect last time and when I got home and took out my order it was wrong. ( my error for not checking there and then) called and the manager said I placed the wrong order !

It took them 20 minutes to stop at our table, 30 minutes for the food to come, never were we asked if everything was ok. Server never came back. Another 20 minutes for them to bring the bill. And that's because I call someone. Short staff, but not my fault. Ridiculous
