Buffalo Wild Wings

So extremely bad. Went here with my family after traveling for 8 hours to NY. There were around 2-3 tables in addition to ours and multiple waitresses on the floor. First of all, not a single table had condiments— no salt, pepper etc. We had to ask the waitress for LITERALLY everything. Annoying but ok. There was a VERY limited beverage menu (besides booze), no tea, no diet soda, no sweetener!!! We settled with water but like c’mon. The kicker was when my mom ordered a classic chopped salad. It was brought to the table with just lettuce, tomato, and bacon. No croutons, no shredded cheese, no egg. Eggs were delivered after my mom could finally get a hold of the waitress (about halfway through the salad because the lady was STARVING and our waitress was not attentive. Rest of our food was literally just ok. It’s hard to mess up chicken wings but really really not worth the $$. We didn’t ask for a comp or anything but explained that the experience was not a great one. They didn’t seem to

Amazing service and the food was great. We had the new bar pizza it was great however too much buffalo sauce. They also have a bbq pizza. Great atmosphere was crowded with a lot of teenagers and families.

They were clearly understaffed as we waited for 10 mins to be seated and saw no host, no bartender, and maybe only 1-2 waitresses plus a guy in the corner. Restaurant was empty, however, it still took 45 mins to get our drinks, everyone at the table got the same burger (even though they ordered different ones) and they had no sides but fries. Third strike for me with B dubs, I won’t be returning to another.
