Buffalo Wild Wings

First time trying this specific location. Drove 20 minutes each way just to get home without the fries of a combo meal. It's money out of my pocket and frustration no one needs. Also left a tip on the online order and that was a mistake! Not going to drive and waste another hour plus of my life because of someone not doing their job. On top of that the 15 boneless wings had 4 tiny one inch crisps of dough that they considered wings. Yes I know they are just nuggets but they still need to have some quality control. I feel that I should've checked before I left but then again why should I? I paid for a service and expect to get what I paid for. I can't keep my job if I'm not competent, why should others not have the same standards?

Just left there and after we were done eating we noticed ants crawling on the table! I told the waitress who said I’ll tell my manager, she’s right over there .. I saw her speak to the manger but the manager never came over to speak with us.. We weren’t looking for anything but she should have acknowledged the situation and at least offered an apology. As we walked out I saw her and the waitresses spraying and cleaning the area. I certainly will not go there again as it’s quite obvious they really don’t care about there customers! I gave it 1 star but in actuality the service was also poor and we each got each other’s wings and didn’t know that until we’d almost finished eating them .. they were similar so we weren’t aware until we saw the small sticker on the paper by the wings. Bad experience all the way around !! Go to the Wing House instead!!!

Caitlin was very nice! She even gave me a box without me having to ask for it. Our order came in quick, hot and everything was delicious. Thanks again.
