Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no wild sauce, and the sandwich came drenched in wild sauce. Made it uneatable. The bun was also as hard as a rock. Bacon Cheese Wedges came dry and with almost no cheese on them. They looked (and tasted) like day-old fry wedges that someone threw some old/hard bacon bits on, and just a sprinkle of cheese. The french fries were greasy and cold. **And to the BWW social media person who will ultimately read this/respond with the robotic response you've put on all the other dissatisfied customer's posts - don't do that here. I'm not taking any more of my precious time to go fill-out the same information again on your website. You HAVE all the information you need here to forward along to the location. Do YOUR job and fix it. Full-disclosure - we've had poor experiences from Buffalo Wild Wings before and swore we would never order from them again. Cunning of them to change their brand name on the Door Dash app to "Bird Dawgs". We won't be fooled again

Service was so so. I've been inside over a dozen times and service is just OK, this includes PreCovid visits. I give 3 stars because service is and has been subpar. Food was not hot even though we waited for a longtime. Food... I love the Asian Zing wings which are my fav! The queso dip is good too. Just wish it was served temperature hot. Wings were good but everything else was meh. Cheese curds tasted like they came from a microwave. Ordered a large fries which is 7$ and got a plate of fries smaller than a normal order of in n out fries. Super disappointed. Our server was friendly but it just seemed the place was lacking in management. It was early in the afternoon so I understand the day staff is smaller than the night staff but still...
