Buffalo Wild Wings

I am a waitress myself. I understand a wait and I know a game. I sat at the waited for a good chunk of time before my bartender, Michelle, came to give me a menu. She was taking care of the majority of her regulars pouring them new beers when they were low asking them about their days. Cool get your tips, but give me a menu. She comes over and gives me one and asks me what I'd like to drink. I tell her I want to look at the menu first. I sat there for 15 minutes while she purposely closed out and helped all of her regulars to collect her tips, talked to her waitressing friends, just to make me wait for her coworker for a shift change. I get it, you don't want to be rude and take my money on a food order and expect your coworker to do the leg work. Come back, follow up, and explain that to me and maybe offer me a water in the meantime (although I did want a drink and could have closed out). The past 3 times I’ve ordered, my wings have looked like this and have arrived cold and over cooked. I ordered on Thursday for bogo wings, when I got home my wings were not only cold because food left at the takeout station is not under a heat lamp. Also as you can see the wings are severely over cooked and severely under sauces. Most of the wings weren’t even fully covered in sauce. I honestly would like a refund because this is just unacceptable with a continued drop in quality of the food.

You guys are not my fav anymore. We came on my birthday 4.18 and it was raining bad that day but we came in for a bday quick snack and drink. I wanted a daiquiri but had no blender!!! So, we ordered wings and they were dry and over cooked. Got a mojito drink and the mint and limes in the drink were wilted and had black spots on them a d the drnk tasted nasty..ugh!! . They shouldn't have been served to anyone and thrown away. It was a bad experience. Our waitress had to leave to get her kids from daycare. So no one waited on us... smh! Parking: They are in a strip mall...plenty of parking
