I hadn't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in many years. I've never had a bad experience there, but this last time was especially nice. The food quality was very good and the service was excellent. My son got a burger with cheese curds as the side, and they gave him a very generous portion of curds, to the point where he couldn't finish his burger. As his dad, I am not plagued with such limits.
Dude could've just remade Luca's order. Not that hard. Maybe monitor the to go orders better so people don't lose their food. Not fair to a paying customer to just go without. That's bad business...
Excellent service, place was spotless, the nachos were great. Not a bad seat in the place, but why can't the closed captioning be on the television? I want to read what I'm watching!
