This location has yet to make a burger correct for any takeout order through their app or DoorDash. Attempts to get it corrected are ignored by both companies. Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, remove the garden and sauces. Comes with garden, sauces, salad style bacon bits, no curds, and burnt to hell. Quit trying to copy SmashBurger style beef patties, your meat isn’t fatty enough for any flavor to be left.

Chicken wings was barely done. Very tough to get chicken off the bone and chicken was Luke warm at best. I guess I'm used to chicken of falling off the bone when done. Fries was hot and good as was the service. I refused to pay due to the quality of the food. My son paid. So I don't have the receipt. First time in my life that I refused to pay for food service.

Our server Sierra was wonderful as she was attentive and professional. Our drinks and appetizers came out without a problem but things derailed with our dinner. We ordered a few kids dinners along with boneless wings, potato wedges, and one of the new bar pizzas. The food took a long time to arrive and was very cold and not everything was ready. The pizza was pathetic and awful. Our server was embarrassed to serve it to us and took it back to show management. We didn’t hear from management at all but Sierra took matters in her own hands and only charged us for the drinks. We felt awful for her as she was visibly upset with her coworkers. We realize when coming to BDubs your not getting a five star dining experience but I would recommend getting things in order before the football season gets in full swing.
