Buffalo Wild Wings

Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings tonight and was grossly disappointed in the training the franchise provides to their managerial staff. The item I was looking to purchas would have an extra charge which was news to me. The cashier informed me that the register was charging extra even after I showed her the menu.I wasn't asking for anything extra? So I thought it a good idea to share this with the manager. Huge mistake! I ask the manager for a minute to explain the matter and she quickly interrupts to tell me " you have to understand, shes new." Her tone, evading eye contact and facial cunication was rude and dismissive. MY longer than normal wait time was due to the UFC, So it's my fault. Naturaly she didnt like my response and quickly ended the conversation. As a frequent customer this was a slap to my face. I simply wanted to make her aware that the young lady needed to be informed. Yes I was not pleased with the long wait, extra charges and having a new person not know the menu. Bu

I absolutely love Buffalo wild wings wings. Their appetizers are great and it is a fun atmosphere. But I went in to experience their happy hour special that they are doing now and I was very disappointed. There’s only like three beers to choose from for happy hour. And the beers on the list were not anything that I would drink. Also there was only Two or three appetizers to choose from as well that was on the happy hour price and I think that it was only discounted a dollar less than the original price I definitely think that they should make happy hour much better than what they decided to make it. To be honest, if you feel like you are a foodie or dining connoisseur or have functional taste buds, do not waste your time coming here. After almost a decade, I finally decided to try their food. Big mistake. The wings tasted stale, as if reheated the next day then smothered in seasoning and sauce. They were dry and very unappetizing. I think the only reason people enjoy their food is because they get hungry after drinking so much. I also think maybe it is just a younger person's place, since they are most likely to drink and eat whatever is available at the moment. What a waste of money. If you want good wings then take the time to drive down to Big City Wings, they actually know what flavor is. Even the frozen popcorn chicken from your local grocery store will taste better and it will save you so much more money.
