Buffalo Wild Wings

Poorly run and understaffed relative to other chain restaurants in the area. We went around 5 for dinner and they forgot about us three times. We sat for about 20 minutes after they sat us before the waiter came out. We got drinks and an appetizer pretty fast then a long time passed. They brought out my husband's order, and even with waiting he finished before we could flag down someone to figure out what happened to my order. Aparantly the order was wrong and what was made had no ticket and no one followed up. They re-made it and eventually I got it about an hour and a half after arriving. The only water refill I got came from walking to the bar and asking (after waiting 5 minutes for the bar tender to come back). We were not offered anything off of our bill, at that point I just wanted to get out of there so I didn't argue. At all points in the process employees were difficult to find. Wont be back.

Food was fine. Thanks for the half of a quarter ounce of ranch as a side. We wasted 4 of our 6 sides on these for our family. Was also only about half full. I don't normally complain about portions, but this is just cheap. Go to Wingstop

I have not had good experiences trying to get food to go from here. Yesterday I ordered with UberEats and the fries were cold and the box was barely full. Order/Driver showed up fast so I'm guessing the fries were cooked before I even placed my order. And the sauce on one of my wing orders wasn't correct. The fries always seem to be cold when I order takeout from here. I love wings and BBW is close but I don't think I can order from here anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place for takeout.
