Buffalo Wild Wings ‘GO’

I was super excited when I found out a Buffalo Wild Wings was going to be open in my area. I love that this is a TO-GO place. The employees are all awesome the place is very clean. The shift manager Shana is so kind and explained how it all works it was so easy to know where my food was. I will definitely be back (I kinda have been multiple times already). Keep it up guys :)

Honestly I’ve never been a fan of this type of food but something about this specific wing place makes it just right. I go pretty often now and just pick it up and go! Makes me feel welcomed. There’s a manager named Nate who is always bringing up convos and making me feel like I should go everyday.

Now i hate to have to do this because i like BWW but this one in particular doesn’t fail to disappoint me yet again, from getting the wrong seasoning to forgetting ranch to completely getting less wings every time almost as if they are stingy with the wings… I called at 9:00pm Friday October 14, and i was told to please hold and i did for at least 13 minutes and after a continuous amount of background conversation and laughing the call disconnects… I call back and ask to place a order once again to be denied and all i got was advised to give them my call back number… convinced at this point that my time has been wasted and i spent more time trying to get food then actually getting it…. Struck with disbelief my pregnant wife called and also asked to place a order literally less then 5 minutes from my phone call just to be turned down once again but for the reason being they are short staffed to make 10 wings with fries…. I rate only 1 star because i had faith but my faith was revoked be
