Buffalo Wild Wings ‘GO’

Placed an order on the phone and when I went to go pick up my order, they checked my bag and claimed I had everything. I get home to find out I’m missing 2 orders. I call them to see what happened and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I finally get in touch with them and I ask for a partial refund. They said they would transfer me to a manager but hang up on me. I tried calling again and put me on hold again. Talked to manager and gave me a hard time.

Food is of the quality I would expect at a regular BWW (which I already really enjoyed), and the fact it's not a town or two over means it's a lot more easy for me to justify ordering in knowing the food will still be hot. And honestly? I'm just super stoked that we have a dedicated wing joint within the vicinity, and I hope they can maintain a consistent quality in the foreseeable future

Was super excited to learn Buffalo Wild Wings was coming to the area although didn’t exactly know what to expect from a To Go location. Ordered pickup at the actually restaurant and it was a huge ordeal from the beginning. I pointed to the menu above the register and indicated what I wanted which was a meal of sorts. The person ringing me up said that was wrong even though the price and description was right above her head. Then when my meal was ready the manager handed me my order and when I went to check everything was there, was told she herself double checked it and showed me the red check marks on the receipt. I foolishly trusted that. Of course got home and there was no sauces for any of the meals (which to be honest is 90% of why we go there). The food itself was mediocre and not as good as the sit down counterpart in my opinion. Super disappointing. If you still decide to give it a try double check everything before leaving - even if they say it’s all there.
