Picking up an order. I was standing at the Togo counter ringing the bell on the counter. No one came. I seen the hostess and she seated 5 people and ignored me. I tried to wave to her she looked past me until she sat the last guest I told her I'm here for an order. And still smacked the bell to get her attention. All other times have had same experienced. SMH. I hate this place.
Mixed drinks hardly tasted of alcohol. Server never brought a seltzer I asked for. Never offered a happy hour menu. Very blah experience, people doing the bare minimum.
I've always enjoyed the atmosphere as much as the wings. Wings are good, lots of options including the boneless and naked wings. Flavor options are good, I'm a classic wing sauce fan but really enjoy exploring other flavors. This time I had the jamming jalapeño and enjoyed it. Started with some appetizers, chips were good, salsa was fine but nothing to write home about. Fried pickles were good, just not enough of them but flavor was nice. Really like having plenty of sports going on in the background, staff was all friendly as well.
