Buffalo Wild Wings

Service was extremely slow, both time to take our order and time to prepare and serve our food, even though we beat the lunch rush. Fries and tots were mildly warm when they arrived at our table, and multiple people at our table commented that the dipping sauces seemed watered down. Our server did nothing but provide the bare minimum of service and was unintelligible when speaking. There are so many places that provide a better quality and value of food and service in the same price range. The entire experience was underwhelming.

This BWW is the worst. Always has been. Don’t go there if your looking for a good experience. We ordered our food and waited 45 minutes. Finally a waitress that had been standing around that whole time brought our food over in a to go bag. It was cold from having been sitting around. I said thus is not acceptable and she walked away and sat down with a bunch of other waitresses significant around. The manger this whole time was just standing by a wall and never moved. This place needs to go out of business.

I ordered some food for pick up. It started with, one of my orders for bone-in wings was salt and vinegar seasoning. The wings were COMPLETELY NAKED and about 1/2 tsp of seasoning in the box. Its not like the seasoning just came off the wings or they didnt season them enough. There was not even an attempt to season the wings. Next, I got an order of fried pickels and they forgot the sauce that goes with it. Last, I ordered a kids meal and didn't get the drink that comes with the meal. Not cool Buffalo Wild Wings, not cool.
