Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered twice before here and they forgot to give me a second ranch which I paid extra for. The second order..I ordered 6 wings and received 5 only. ....I question whether this was a mistake or not. I paid 14$ or something like that for only 6 wings. I understand if I got 12 wings and they accidentally lost count, but not for a 6 wing order. This shouldn't have happened. Please have your employees double check especially since I paid a takeout order fee online.

So this is our very first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. We frequent resturants that are not chains mostly. I must say, the thing that irks me the most when visiting a restaurant is when the glass doors to the restaurant are filthy, which all of them were. That's a precursor to the cleanliness of the place in my mind. My husband and I sit at the bar and it's late in the evening around 930pm. It took forever to order our beers, took forever to actually get our beers, took forever to order and so on. Dirty dishes sat to the left of us on the bar the 1.5 hours we were there. Small talk with the Asst. Manager was weird. I guess she's a photography buff and while I tried to interject my husband is a photographer she ignored me and went on and on about herself. When we paid the bill she discovered my husband's photography business on the card and thought it was whitty to tell me she thought I lied about my husband being a photographer. REALLY???? Awesome drinks! We got a spicy margarita and blue Hawaiian and both were delicious. We also got street tacos with chicken, which was pretty good. Nice place to hangout with friends. And the wings were just fine..
