Buffalo Wild Wings

Not sure where to start really Went in at about 1050pm Saturday, sat at bar, fella said he'd be right there as he was making drinks, he came over got us our drinks, we ordered our food, 1106 he says last call is at midnight, to which a screech off the so called shift leader ( emma as we came to find out was her name), no 1130, everyone needs to go, go home, granted the place wasn't too busy, but come on, not in front of patrons, anyway, she's buzzing around like a blue arsed fly, accomplishing nothing really, just getting frustrated because others were ordering food. Now on to our food, the barman had now called last orders and we still had nothing, wings turn up, not the right sauces, in the right containers though, fries had been reheated and they were still cold, no celery and carrots, said I didn't want fries. I have always enjoyed going to Buffalo Wild Wings, but Sunday was the exception. Was seated quickly, our order was taken quickly, then it downhill from there. Food came out, and there was some kind of drama in another section or something because we asked for napkins, did not receive any. I had ordered the Buffalo chicken salad, it was missing the Buffalo sauce. I asked for some and like the napkins it never came. When the waitress finally came by and asked what kind of sauce I needed, I had already finished my meal. We were going to order deserts but decided not to, we didn't want to wait another 30 to 40 minutes waiting on the food. Disappointing experience.

I went a few days ago to pick up an online order I placed through DoorDash and I went to the pick up/ordering area. No one was there which was not initially a problem as I had no problem waiting a few minutes. However, a few minutes turned into about 10 minutes or more of waiting. My main problem with this experience is not necessarily the waiting but the fact that at least 2 of the employees in the kitchen area saw me waiting there and looking at them hoping they would let someone know that me and another customer needed assistance but they did not do that. The 2 employees stood in the kitchen and blatantly ignored us and I was so close to walking around the counter to grab my food because it was literally just sitting there. However, an employee finally came over but it seemed that that was only because the phone was ringing. When I finally got my food, it was cold AND there was not enough sauce on the hot wings so I had to request them be tossed in sauce again. The food was great bu
