Buffalo Wild Wings

The reason for this one star mostly has to do with management. Typically I don’t go out to eat Dealing with the price increase of most things I decide to mostly cook at home, but since I’m on a company trip, me and another coworker decided to go out to eat, we decided on a nice casual restaurant, Buffalo wild wings. I saw that they were advertising this new bird dog & I decided to get that get something new. Not the honey barbecue and the loaded Bird bog. I thought something was a strange since the dogs came basically loaded with mostly sauce the honey barbecue was actually not too bad, but when it came to the loaded dog as I was looking at it, and realize that it was mostly sauce, and just a boneless chicken, tender sitting in the middle of it, I called the waiter over the waiter, was very nice and courteous. He even try to help he took it back to the kitchen to see if he can fix it. He came back to the table and his first words “I am on your side“ and explain that his manager would n

Don't offer cauliflower wings if you're going to do them so poorly. Look I LOVE normal chicken. But sometimes I like something a little "lighter". My favorite place to get cauliflower wings was closed. I saw the Buffalo wild wings had some so I went ahead and ordered some. They were the worst cauliflower wings I've ever had in my life. If this had been my introduction to cauliflower wings then I would have never given them another chance. They tasted burnt and they were 70% breading.... Ridiculous honestly. And before someone decides to read this and think to themselves "should've just ordered chicken". When I want chicken I go to roosters (five stars to them) I was in the mood for cauliflower wings, which I won't ever be ordering from here again.

First I must say we were a party of 10. The food was good. Service was slow but I must say they were busy and maybe have needed more staff/experience d staff, I believe our server was very new. We all realized how hard it has been to hire after the pandemic. All in all it was a positive experience, just have to be patient. The staff and management were very kind and courteous.
