Buffalo Wild Wings

Was around 6:30 and they had no host or staff at the to go /takeout section. Took about 5 minutes before someone finally came out asking customers about their orders or if they wanted to be seated. They handed me my order and realized an item was missing as I was walking out the door so I turned around. Another customer also had the wrong items in their order. They proceeded to get me my missing item and somehow switched out another item on my order but I was home before I realized it was wrong. Take-out needs some work but food was good

Had to leave..we have been a long time customer. We asked our game to be put on one of the screens..and it was changed for 2 minutes. then customer demanded game put on same game as other two big screens on. So we left.all large screens have same exact game on in dining room. Management (ray not there today..he usually keeps things running smooth).. and waitresses don't seem to care that we don't even have our game on. And why would all 3 big screens in dining room have exact same game on!!! ???????????

It was relatively empty when we arrived around 945 on a Saturday. Although it was empty we were told it would be a 25 minute wait. We sat at the bar instead. The bartender was professional but you could tell he was not interested in being there that night. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Our food took quite some time and the bartender explained that he got our order wrong (I believe he just didn't put it in, because patrons who arrived well after us received their before we did) and brought us our food a few minutes later, still wrong (we had to season our own wings) but it was fresh.
