Buffalo Wild Wings

The restaurant had about 5 tables and 3 servers, the kitchen was extremely slow. It took over an hour and 30 mi minutes to get our food. When it finally arrived the nachos and onion rings were slightly cold as if had just been sitting in the window. We didnt get the kids juice until well after the food came. Management never came over to speak or rectify the issues. He just looked at us from across the bar area and kept playing on his phone. The server didn't put the orders in correctly and was not attentive. The absolute worst experience ever.

There was at least a dozen workers working and they were all just sitting down hanging out with each other, cursing, singing to the music, doing nothing even though multiple table we full of dirty dishes and glasses but the restaurant was completely empty of customers minus 4 people at the bar. Waited 15 minutes to place a take out order before someone finally got up and asked me what I needed. Was skeptical by seeing all the 1 star reviews because I couldn't believe a business could be so awful but we should've listened and stayed away. Do not come here unless you want awful service

While there today, I had their Southern style crispy chicken sandwich. This is my dish of choice when dining there. My good friend and I have been here before on a Sunday during football season and it was packed to the proverbial rafters. My expectations weren't violated and the chicken sandwich was good as always!
