So our order was set for 5 today to pick up..they changed the time to 5:30 which we didn’t mind. We figured it would be a little longer since it’s game day. We picked up our food..everything was cold. Literally everything. They put toppings on my mother in laws burger which she is very allergic to Mayo and that was on there..had to change out buns at home. Every employee in there was complaining about how communication was off and their were multiple people waiting for their food as well. We have no problems when eating in usually but we will never order takeout again.

On 10/13/2022 our family and friends showed up for Dinner at 650. When I put in my name and the number of people (8) Brandy the host ask me if I was a “regular.” I was Surprised by the questions I replied no, not thinking that the answer was going to determine a different wait time. Lol! Well it did. She told me the wait was going to be really long because of Thursday night football (which didn’t start for another hour and thirty minutes) I put it our name and sat and played with our kids and friends kids to try to entertain them for a little bit of the wait. About 20 minutes went by and I noticed that there was still a table available could was open when we walked in. So I walked up and politely asked Brandy if that table was available. She replied No that table to being reserved for our regulars. Which I replied in someone of a condescending tone “oh! I didn’t know you were allowed to make reservations here” She then replied WELL one of our regulars texted the server so we are saving
