Buffalo Wild Wings

Service was terrible. They forced my party to mobile order which was a mess. Ended up having to ask for my drink (which mobile ordering should've eliminated) because it never came out. Food was ok. Server didn't care about our table at all. Won't be returning to a Buffalo Wild Wings for a while and definitely won't return to this location again.

My overall experience here was great. My date enjoyed his food as did my son, which was surprising because my son doesn't eat while in restaurants, he'll eat his food once we get home. He ate all of his wings. I would give 5 stars but this location did not bring the Mac and cheese I ordered and some kids were just hanging out in front of the door which made my 3-year-old nervous because they wouldn't move for us to leave. Other than that, it was nice and I loved that it wasn't too loud inside. Parking: Since this restaurant is location in a shopping plaza there is plenty of places to park. Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu, just could use more options.

I was very disappointed (visit 9/13/23) when I was told they had no iced tea. Then, I was told they had no unsweetened iced tea. Manager had a major attitude when I asked what are diabetics expected to drink. Manager and waitress both pushed products with sweeteners like Coke Zero etc. Seriously! I don't do sweeted drinks. Manager came back and said it was my lucky day because someone in the kitchen goofed and made tea. Unfreaking professional. Friends have said this location is rock bottom and now I believe it. Friends with me food was not prepared as requested and wrong sauce used on wings. Definitely will be going back to Anderson location in the future!
