On 7/14 around 5:30pm stopped by for dinner. They seemed to be understaffed. However, Carlos (Manager) appologized and seated my party. Andrea was our server. She was very professional and prompt. There was an issue with oart of my order. Again I was pleased with the customer service provided by Carlos and Andrea! Thank You for your People Skills.

The place is usually empty and people are waiting to be seated. They told us that nobody can be seated on the back because servers went on break. If you know people will crowd the place at dinner time, why would you allow the servers to go on break? There's 10-15 people usually waiting to he seated and empty tables all around. I also waited over 20mins for a carry out order, please do better BWW is a great brand, you're doing it disservice by providing subpar customer service

Terrible service from greeter to waiter was told our table was going to be ready in 30min no one texted us informed us that our table was ready until we asked mean while the greeters were chatting away. The waiter was not well trained on the items the restaurant sells when asked about the promotional deals he had no clue what they were.soon after we order he told us that it was last call since the section we were seated at was closing. Yet the restaurant was still open for 4hours why seat is in a section that is about to close. Took a long time to get food which was wrong and missing part of our order. When while our waiter josh never checked up if we needed anything. Unsatisfied with the service.
