Buffalo Wild Wings

Below details my first experience with a Buffalo Wild Wings… So I had never been to BWW before and always see great commercials so I decided to bring my family for lunch. Upon entering, the entrance is typical of a bar chain but slightly resembled a children’s pizza attraction. The seating is spread out which is wonderful but the seats are destroyed. The paint on the walls is beat up and peeling. Crayon or marker decorated the back of the booths adding an interesting purple and red hue to the seating. The waitress was kind but unhelpful. She spent more time bundled up with with her coworkers behind the computer than serving anyone. At any given time I could look up and see three employees drinking and conversing. The appetizer was brought warm at best. Mozzarella sticks quite literally felt like rubber to chew on. These are absolutely pulled out of a box in the freezer. I’ll first start by complimenting Alicia; I ignorantly may have her name wrong ( charismatic, tall, natural curly dark hair; chíc chunky frame glassesbig smile) I I egret notit a point to be able to confidently recall her name simply because she has always made it a point to make my togo experience just that; an experience thats not overlooked by many I'm sure! Also as a guilty pleasure I find myself ordering buffalo togo more than I care to admit; and this location is by far the best consistently on both quality and customer service. Its rare to pickup a togo order and while waiting every employee; regardless of what they’re doing or what their role is will stop to acknowledge me and confirm I’ve been helped. Its rare to see all employees never walk past a piece of trash on the floor or a dirty table and not ignore it but even struggle while carrying other dishes to bend down to pickup the trash or help another server clear a table.
