Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed a pick up order and was informed it'd take 30 min. Waited for my food for more then 1 hr. Horrible experience when told how long the wait will be they should be truthful. They're quick to charge you for the order.

I ordered some boneless wings for takeout. The flavors were Asian Zing and Caribbean Jerk. They tasted delicious and the box came with extra wings as well. Price was a steal because it was Thursday and Buffalo Wild Wings had a buy one get one deal. The food was also ready before the estimated time which was nice. Would definitely recommend!

My family came here for dinner for my son’s birthday. We came at 6:00 pm, and we order 20 pc of chicken wings ,nachos and chicken salad. In 5 minutes, they got us nachos. After 30 minutes later, the chicken wings and salad was not here yet. I asked the waiter about our food. They said they would asked the chefs about it. After that they said it would be ready for us in a couple of minutes. We wait 15 minutes more. I had to ask the waiter again, and they said the food was not ready for us yet. I don’t know why, but we had to wait an hour long even though there was barely anyone here. There was others who came after us and received their food, yet our food never came. This wasn’t the first time it happened, and it made me mad. We won’t be coming here again.
