So an update. Was told to go to their website and put all my info in. And that they would "make it right". Well did it that day. Still haven't heard from them. It's been well over a month at least. Just weekly emails about their latest deals. So keep this in mind. Again no response at all. Sat down order was taken. Then we sat there close to an hour no food. While others who came after us. Not only got their food but paid their bill. Server was zero help. Said the manager will look into it. Nothing. No apologies nothing. Got up and left.
The restaurant is extremely understaffed. We had to wait 20 min for a table when its obviously empty. There’s trash on the floor and table not busted for awhile. I don’t see a manager running the business. Very poor customer service.
