Buffalo Wild Wings

So this place has def changed since they first opened. Upon walking in there is a smell of dirty carpet, there was hardly any people and yet the floors were very dirty. The menus had some type of crust from sauce. 0/5 We ate around 1pm when we were asked for drinks we ask for dr pepper we were told they were out then we asked for mountain dew, but they needed to change something in the back to get it to work 0/5 We ordered the pretzel bites as an app regular price 9 bucks, but the dough was raw and bites were hard in the middle it seemed like the cooks didnt thaw out the bites and cooked them straight from the freezer. My issue was that when we told the server to let the manager know the manger only took the pretzel bites off the bill and never apologized to us for serving us raw uncooked food. Manager didnt even try to make it up, thats not how you handle these types of situations very unfortunate because we wont be coming back. quality of the wings were not good at all might have bee

The wings and the mozzarella sticks were very satisfying. The Buffalo wings had a good spicy kick. The service was great, parking was ample. It was very disappointing to watch the game on the smaller TV's. They should spend the money and replace their older cloudy view large screen tvs already and make it a complete viewing experience.

I always order from this location and love the take out/pick up service but this particular day 12/26/2021 I received these pieces of so called boneless wings. They taste as though they were the left over scraps of the batch.
