Great BBQ place with a lot of charm and great food, friendly and attentive staff. We used to regularly visit the Bubbalou’s near UCF until it closed recently. It’s good to know we can still get the same great food with a little longer drive. The brisket and their grilled chicken plates are my favorites. Generous portions, and great variety of entrees and sides. Lots of fun items to look at in the dining area. Also a nice patio out back for the cooler months. Note that Google Maps does not seem to distinguish between drive-through and indoor dining when reporting how “busy” it is. It showed as extremely busy on our last visit yet there was only one other party seated inside and service was fast — but there was a long line for the drive-through that it seemed to be reflecting.
This used to be my favorite bbq spot. Not any longer. My last experience was horrible. Ordered the rib dinner. Real disappointed. The ribs were filled with lots a fat and gristle. I complained and were brought other ribs. They were just as bad. This used to be such a great place to eat.
We ordered babyback ribs, Mac & ???? Cheese and fried okra. No complaints. ???? Delicious!!
