Definitely my favorite pizza in Milwaukee. The ingredients are tasty & high quality, but the sourdough is the real star -that crust is phenomenal!
Finally was able to stop in for a par baked pizza. I ended up getting the 414 but I added to it since I had to use up a bunch of toppings at home. The only thing I wish brute had was truffle oil. One of my favorite toppings on a pizza. Crust was crispy and a little chewy. Exactly how I expect this type of pizza to be. The best thing about this pizza is that it warms up nice. Was able to eat on the delicious pizza for 3 days.
Absolutley delicious. I love a good crust on a pizza. This sourdough crust is *chef’s kiss*. Chewy and light. I ordered a parbake pizza so we could finish cooking at home & have a hot pizza. It came out perfectly.
