Bru's Room Bar & Grill - Pembroke Pines

I come here once in awhile. I’ll have to say the service drop dramatically. Let’s blame Covid for the problems they had before. I went there today and waited 5 minutes for a drink . She was very nice but noticed she was overwhelmed, when she was ready to go she asked me to cash out, which I was ready, then disappeared for another 10 minutes, then a bar back or cook or who knows tell me she’s asking you to cash out. Sorry but I’m starting notice why this place is always dead. It’s a shame be there food is not that bad

First time there and what a disappointment! 20 minutes to order drinks at the bar another 20 minutes to get them. Customer service needs improvement, had to ask repeatedly for them to make a simple drink. Definitely not going back nor recommend.

I read other reviews first to make sure I'm not being too picky. But the Bru's room have become the blues room. Just some side notes here: Please do an extensive cleaning. I almost thought I was at a diner with the dirt build up on the blinds on the inside. Please try to serve the food as requested. Please try hiring more staff. (This is probably the most difficult of them all right now. I understand) That's it. That is all.
