Bruegger's Bagels

Bagels always good. They need to keep the cream cheese bin cleaner...bagels toppings surround the cream cheeses and I got onion bits in my plain cream cheese that topped my blueberry bagel. Not a good combination!

Bagels are really good, the brisket smokehouse and farmhouse sandwiches are amazing. I had a really good experience with the staff when I went there. They were fun and energetic and fun to interact with.

So, I went in to order couple of smoked salmon bagel sandwiches today. I ordered 2 smoked salmon bagels, 1 with extra salmon. As the man was making my sandwich, he tells me that these two are the last portion of the salmon, so he can't make the sandwich with extra salmon. Although I was disappointed, I told him that's fine. However, I was thinking to myself, it's only 9:15am. Perhaps they should plan better. Anyways, I paid for my 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees and proceeded to go to the coffee station. I overheard someone in line ordering smoked salmon sandwich with the same person that just made my sandwich. The employee proceeds to go to the back to get more salmon! I calmly waited till the line died down and went back to the employee and he asked, "can I help you?" I said, "yes, I'd like my smoked salmon bagel with extra salmon."
