I'm glad on the fact that browns chicken is always available the only problem is that some locations have added jj's fish & chicken different menu's though on acct of different owners to a regular jjs fish and chicken.
Very bad customer service, try to order some chicken through the drive-thru have me sitting there 10 minutes, Pulled around to the window to order, instead of him taking the order at the window he told me I had to pull back around and order through the speaker!! Instead I decided to go in, the gentleman on the register acted as if he had some type of attitude, I tried to place my order the gentleman got the order wrong, and once I tried to correct the order, the gentleman, claimed that I was being prejudiced towards him. Chose not to serve me, and I walked out of the store respectively. Very poor protocol.
Very good experience. Staffman was kind, considerate, and helpful with my ordering process. Parking: Small lot but enough parking to accommodate. Drive through helps because it keeps traffic moving.
